ANNABELLE PANCAKE CLAIMS THIRD PROFESSIONAL TITLE AT SOUTHERN HILLS

LPGA Tour player Jessica Porvasnik fires tournament-low 6-under 66 to open championship

Brooksville, Florida — February 19, 2026 — Championships are often decided in moments. At Southern Hills Plantation Club, Annabelle Pancake built hers over 54 holes.

With rounds of 70–68–70, Pancake finished at 8-under-par 208, securing a two-shot victory at the NXXT Women’s Championship and capturing her third professional title in a field that featured LPGA experience and proven contenders.

The early pace belonged to LPGA Tour player Jessica Porvasnik, whose opening-round 66 immediately set the standard. The margin remained narrow throughout the week, and separation never came easily.

Pancake’s decisive move arrived in Round 2. Her 4-under 68 shifted the balance of the championship and positioned her for Sunday’s test — a final round that demanded precision rather than fireworks.

That test came late. Jessica Welch surged on the back nine, trimming the lead and forcing execution over the closing stretch. Pancake answered with control — fairways held, approaches pinned to safe sides, and key putts converted when required. Her closing 70 was measured and sufficient.

The victory is significant: all three of Pancake’s professional wins have come in NXXT championship competition, reinforcing a pattern of performance in multi-round events.

Behind her, Welch, Alice Hodge, and Porvasnik shared runner-up honors at 5-under-par 211, while Isabelle Lynch secured solo fifth at 3-under 213, completing a competitive top five.

Precision Pro Low Round of the Week

Porvasnik’s opening-round 66 stood as the lowest score of the championship, earning the Precision Pro Low Round of the Week. Her early surge ensured the title would require sustained excellence across all three rounds.

GOLFJOY Player of the Year Race Tightens

With the win, Pancake moves to the top of the GOLFJOY Player of the Year standings with 675 points, narrowly ahead of Katherine Schuster (626). Ana Belac (595) and Polly Mack (556) remain firmly in contention as the Winter Season advances.

The season-long leader will receive the GOLFJOY Spica 3 Launch Monitor, recognizing sustained performance and competitive consistency across the 2025/26 campaign.
