NXXT Golf Welcomes Jae Wook Lim to Tournament Operations Team

Miami, FL — NXXT Golf is pleased to announce the addition of Jae Wook Lim to its tournament operations team, strengthening the organization’s operational capacity as the NXXT competitive platform continues to expand across professional and developmental golf.

Lim joins NXXT Golf with experience in both professional golf tournament environments and large-scale sports event operations. Most recently, he supported tournament execution for the Golfzon G-TOUR professional circuit in South Korea, assisting with player movement, check-in processes, and on-site logistics across multiple professional events. 

His background also includes operational support for major live events at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center at the University of Florida, where he contributed to venue operations for NCAA athletics and large-scale events with thousands of attendees. 

Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sport Management at the University of Florida, Lim brings a growing expertise in sport event management, tournament logistics, and operational coordination within competitive sporting environments. 

Supporting the Growth of the NXXT Competitive Platform

In his role with NXXT Golf, Lim will support tournament operations across the organization’s expanding event portfolio, which includes:

- NXXT Women’s Pro Tour  

- NXXTGen Junior Tour  

- NXXT Faldo Junior Tour (Official North American Faldo Series Tour)  

- NXXT Battle Tour

As the NXXT platform continues to grow its tournament calendar, international player participation, and competitive pathways for developing athletes, strengthening operational infrastructure remains a key priority.

Lim will assist in coordinating tournament logistics, supporting host venues, and helping deliver the high-quality championship environments that define NXXT Golf events.

A Global Perspective on Golf Operations

Originally from South Korea, Lim brings an international perspective to the organization, having worked within both Asian professional golf tournament environments and U.S.-based sports event operations.

His experience in live competition environments, combined with his academic focus in sport management and event operations, aligns with NXXT Golf’s mission to build a modern tournament platform that supports both elite professional competition and emerging player development.
