Official Rules - The NXXT Faldo Journey

A season-long storytelling honor presented by Dormie Network, awarded to one junior golf family at the 2026 NXXT Faldo North American Championship at Streamsong Resort.

About this document. These are the official rules governing The NXXT Faldo Journey, the 2026 season-long storytelling honor presented by Dormie Network. The honor is awarded by panel selection, not by chance. There is no entry fee, no purchase necessary, and no element of random drawing. Selection is based entirely on the merit of each eligible player's season-long body of storytelling.

By participating, players and their parents or legal guardians agree to be bound by these rules.

01. SPONSOR AND PARTNER

The NXXT Faldo Journey (the "Campaign") is sponsored and administered by NXXT Golf, with principal offices in Florida ("Sponsor"). The honor is presented in partnership with Dormie Network, which provides the one-year membership awarded to the selected family ("Presenting Partner").

02. ELIGIBILITY

The Campaign is open to junior golfers who, during the 2026 season, have either:

Competed in at least one NXXT tournament on the NXXT Faldo Junior Tour, or
Competed in at least one NXXT qualifier event through a NXXT pathway partner, including but not limited to the Georgia PGA Junior Tour, the Canadian JPT, and other partner organizations joining the NXXT pathway during the 2026 season.

Players must be between the ages of 12 and 19 as of December 28, 2026. Players under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's written consent to participate and to be eligible for selection. Eligibility is participation-based, not residency-based: any junior golfer who competes in a qualifying NXXT or partner event during the 2026 season is eligible, regardless of nationality. This includes international students residing in the United States on a valid student visa for golf training or academic study. The Dormie Network membership is delivered and used at properties located in the United States, and the recipient must be able to legally travel to and use those properties.

Employees, officers, and directors of NXXT Golf, Dormie Network, Dormie Network Foundation, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

03. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The Campaign begins on June 1, 2026. Qualifying content must be shared during the Campaign Period, which closes on December 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. This date aligns with the NXXT Faldo Junior Tour Player of the Year standings snapshot. The honor will be presented at the closing ceremonies of the 2026 NXXT Faldo North American Championship at Streamsong Resort, on or about December 30, 2026. The award will be conferred no later than December 31, 2026.

04. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Eligible players and their families may participate by sharing stories from the 2026 season on any of the following platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook. To be considered for selection, each qualifying post must:

Be set to a public visibility setting so that NXXT Golf and the selection panel can view the content

Players may post as often as they wish during the Campaign Period. Parents, siblings, coaches, and family members may also post on behalf of an eligible player. Any qualifying post that tags the player and uses the campaign mechanics will be counted toward that player's season-long body of work. Every qualifying post is an entry.

Alternatively, participants may submit content directly via the campaign entry form at nxxtgolf.com/journey. Web-form submissions must include the player's name, registered contact information, and a link to or upload of the submitted content.

05. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for selection, the player must complete a brief registration form at nxxtgolf.com.

Registration:

Confirms the player's name, age, home state or province, and contact information
Provides parent or legal guardian contact information and written consent
Acknowledges agreement to these Official Rules

Players who post and tag without registering remain part of the public campaign but will not be eligible for the honor until registration is complete. Registration takes approximately two minutes. There is no cost.

06. SELECTION PROCESS AND CRITERIA

The selection panel will review each registered player's season-long body of qualifying content. Engagement metrics, including likes, views, comments, shares, and follower counts, will not be considered. Selection is based entirely on the merit of the storytelling itself, evaluated across four equally-weighted criteria:

- CRITERION 01 -

Storytelling & Authenticity

The honesty, depth, and emotional truth of the player's content. Genuine stories of the journey, not curated performances.

- CRITERION 03 -

Championing the Journey

The player's spirit in honoring the full arc of junior golf: wins, losses, family, the road, the breakthroughs, the hard days, the funny moments.

- CRITERION 02 -

Consistency

Sustained participation across the season, not a single post. The recipient's body of work reflects an ongoing relationship with the campaign.

- CRITERION 04 -

Craft

The thoughtfulness of presentation. Composition, captions, the quality of the moments captured. Effort and care made visible.

07. THE SELECTION PANEL

The selection panel is appointed by NXXT Golf and consists of three NXXT Golf staff panelists and one external panelist drawn from the broader junior golf or storytelling community.

Panel decisions are final and not subject to review or appeal.

08. THE HONOR

- THE RECIPIENT RECIEVES -

A one-year Dormie Network membership, valued at approximately $20,000, granting unrestricted access to seven award-winning private clubs: ArborLinks (Nebraska), Ballyhack (Virginia), Briggs Ranch (Texas), Dormie Club (North Carolina), GrayBull Club (Nebraska), Hidden Creek (New Jersey), and top-100 Victoria National (Indiana).

No initiation fees. No cart fees. No minimums.

The honor is presented in the player's name. The membership belongs to the family and may be used by the player's parents, guardians, and immediate family members in accordance with Dormie Network's standard membership terms. The membership is non-transferable to parties outside the recipient's immediate family, and may not be sold, traded, or exchanged for cash equivalent.

Membership commences on a date to be agreed between Dormie Network and the recipient family following the December 2026 presentation. All Dormie Network membership terms, policies, and conditions apply.

09. NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE

The recipient will be notified privately by NXXT Golf no later than December 22, 2026 via the contact information provided at registration, and asked to attend the presentation at the closing ceremonies of the 2026 NXXT Faldo North American Championship at Streamsong Resort, on or about December 30, 2026. If the recipient is not competing in the championship field, the family will be invited to attend as honored guests of NXXT Golf.

If the selected recipient cannot be reached within 48 hours of initial contact, or fails to respond within the required window, NXXT Golf reserves the right to select an alternate recipient from the eligible pool.

If the family is unable to attend the presentation in person, the honor will still be conferred and presented via alternate means at NXXT Golf's discretion. Acceptance of the honor by the player and parent or legal guardian is required to complete the award.

NXXT Golf reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant whose registration, content, or conduct violates these rules or the spirit of the campaign.

10. PUBLIC RIGHTS

By participating in the Campaign, players and their parents or legal guardians grant NXXT Golf, Dormie Network, and their respective affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Feature qualifying content on the NXXT Golf website, social media channels, email communications, and campaign archive

Use the recipient's name, likeness, and selected content in campaign communications, partner communications, and media coverage related to the Campaign

Credit the original content creator (player or family member) in any republication

This license applies only to qualifying campaign content shared with the campaign mechanics in place (the tags and hashtag described in Section 04). It does not extend to a participant's broader social media presence or unrelated content.

11. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information provided during registration will be used by NXXT Golf to administer the Campaign, to communicate with participants about the Campaign and related NXXT Golf programs, and to verify eligibility. Personal information will be handled in accordance with NXXT Golf's privacy practices. Participants may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting NXXT Golf.

NXXT Golf does not sell, rent, or share registration information with third parties outside the partnership with Dormie Network for the purposes of administering this Campaign.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS

NXXT Golf reserves the right to modify these rules, the Campaign Period, or the selection process if circumstances beyond reasonable control require it. Any material modifications will be communicated publicly via nxxtgolf.com.

NXXT Golf, Dormie Network, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Campaign or use of the membership awarded.

The Campaign is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

13. DECISIONS FINAL

All decisions of NXXT Golf and the selection panel regarding eligibility, qualification, and selection are final and binding. By participating, players and their families agree to accept these decisions without further appeal.
