Veteran PGA Rules Official to Lead Tournament Operations and Deliver World-Class Experiences Across All NXXT Tours
Orlando, FL – September 3, 2025 – NXXT Golf is proud to announce the appointment of Brian Decker, PGA, as Tournament Director, expanding his leadership role alongside his ongoing responsibilities as Head Rules Official. A founding member of the NXXT leadership team, Brian has played a pivotal role in shaping the tour’s professionalism and competitive integrity since its inception.
With over 20 years of experience as a member of the PGA of America, Brian has led hundreds of tournaments in both administrative and lead roles.
He is a Certified Expert in the Rules of Golf and previously served as Tournament Director for the North Florida PGA. His extensive resume also includes experience with the PGA TOUR, Korn Ferry TOUR, PGA TOUR Canada, and PGA TOUR Latinoamérica, reflecting a depth of expertise across the highest levels of competitive golf.
In this expanded role, Brian will oversee event operations, rules governance, and on-course logistics across NXXT’s three major platforms: the NXXT Women’s Pro Tour, the innovative Battle of the Sexes Series, and the growing NXXTGen Junior Girls Tour. He will also lead NXXT’s team of expert rules officials, including Allan Wrzesien and Tony Austin, ensuring that every tournament meets the highest standards of fairness, professionalism, and competitive excellence.
